BubblyChat chat rooms and forums are secure meeting places where members can chat with their friends, make new friends and express themselves. BubblyChat is a confidential, peaceful and fun environment and we want to keep it that way.

By using BubblyChat, members agree to follow these rules:

- BubblyChat chat room and forum users should not use swear words, make personal attacks, send messages with unlawful or immoral content, or provide instructions for illegal or otherwise harmful activities. BubblyChat does not allow members to employ offensive or abasing language or actions against other members. In addition, BubblyChat members agree not to involve other members in risky activities that would compromise site security. Chat users should not harass, threaten or attack other members. Members also should not engage in behavior that would annoy or distress other users.

- BubblyChat chat room and forum users agree not to be disrespectful of other members’ race, color, religious beliefs or individual rights.

- BubblyChat chat room and forum users cannot impersonate another person. Members agree not to imitate or mimic a friend, family member, celebrity, BubblyChat employee or other chat participant. Members should upload only personal photos. BubblyChat will ban users from the site without prior notice if they try to upload inappropriate photos.

- BubblyChat chat room and forum users cannot post advertisements for either commercial purposes or personal interest. Users cannot post inks to other web sites.

- BubblyChat chat room and forum users cannot send messages that seek to incite other members. Users cannot post pornography or links to pornographic sites. Members also cannot post copyrighted materials, including audio or video files, MP3 links, video links, and MP3 or video programs or links to pirated software.

- BubblyChat chat room and forum users agree not to reiterate similar topics or to use large or capital letters persistently. Users cannot attempt to violate, hamper or subvert communication. Users agree not to act in any way that will disrupt or disturb the flow of an ongoing discussion.

If a member violates any of the above rules, BubblyChat reserves the right to expel the offending member from chat rooms and forums without prior notice. BubblyChat may also disable the login of the offending member without prior notice. In addition, BubblyChat has the right to cancel the membership of offending users without prior notice.
